Foundation Taoist/Tai-Chi Chi Kung Training Course (FTT)

THE LIGHT BEING INTENSIVE 1

Discover your Internal Fountain of Health and Rejuvenation 2009

"In 1978, during my early years in Tai-Chi Chi Kung training, in my room with my dog Blackie, I saw a fountain of joy appeared before me. it was like looking into limitless layers and layers of smiles. (I was not under any kind of drug stimulation. It was not a visualisation exercise). Since then, many people and I have discovered this inner joyous lake and fountain can really help people to heal their wounds and hurts. Your whole being is bathed in tingling energy, beauty and joy. It is inside your body that the real Eternal Tai-Chi Chi Kung dance begins .........through the blood veins, arteries and cells - naturally and effortlessly, you discover you are a Being of pure chi energy. You then grow within it, study how it relates to the Nature and bring harmony, order and beauty to your daily life. You feel naturally inspired to create, to draw, to paint, to write and to play. Patiently with perseverance and persistency, we can help this unique inner spark in you to flower step by step into creative action. This is the main aim of the Course."

Background of Instructor

Peter Chin Kean Choy has been practicing these ancient arts for the past 30 years. He has studied Tai-Chi Chi Kung with Master Huang of Malaysia, who was one of Professor Cheng Man-Ching’s best student. Choy also learned the application of Tai-Chi Chi Kung with his father, Chin Ket Leong, who was a Chinese Herbal Doctor and Martial Arts Master. He combined his Tai-Chi with other Taoist Exercises into the Rainbow Tai-Chi Chi Kung Practice and Philosophy. He is also indebted to his contemporaries: Jiddu Krishnarmurti, U.G Krishnarmurti, Eileen and Peter Caddy of Findhorn Foundation, Barry and Samahria Lyte Kaufman of The Option Institute (U.S.A), Mantak Chia (Thailand). He qualified in Chi Healing and Swimming Dragon Chi Kung at The Chi Healing Arts Centre (U.S.A) taught by Dr. T K Shih and Zhineng Chi Kung at the Zhineng Chi Kung Centre in China. He has been the Founder/Director of the Foundation Tai-Chi/Chi Kung (FTT) and Teachers Trainers (F3T) Courses since 1987.

"I had read much of Taoist philosophy and appreciated its love of the gentle flow, the natural rhythm and the softer reaction to events. Tai-Chi focuses on the balance between the inner softness as strength and the outer assertive and physical dynamic. Within weeks of beginning with Choy, many of my nagging sports injuries began to clear up with the gentle movements. I find that Rainbow Tai-Chi calms the mind and relaxes my body and helps keep me fit." Professor Peter McKiernan, Chairman of Department , University of St Andrew, Scotland

'Thank you for all the loving energy, joy and enthusiasm you have put into the School to make it such a wonderful environment for this work and also as a place of healing and stillness. Thank you for helping me on my journey and for your untiring committment to the Light.

With much love, David Ellis,  FTT  Graduate September 2003
