Spring Series of Weekend Workshops

The monthly weekend workshops bring a new intensity to the teaching of the Rainbow T’ai Chi Form: working with the weekly classes to complete the teaching of Part One of the Rainbow T’ai Chi Form by the end of March, and introducing Parts 2, 3 and 4. 

 

Beginners and inquisitive new students of the Form will be able to attend.  They are expected to be familiar with the first 4 FTC exercises and Inner Family work.

The workshops are 10am-4.30pm Saturdays and Sundays as follows
