We have searched through thousands of relaxation tapes from all over the world and selected the following. Our criteria are simple: to find a balance of harmonious sounds (Yang) with pauses (Yin) in between. We also look for a balance between Nature’s sounds and human made mechanical sounds of harmony. These tapes have been played consistently in T’ai-Chi Chi Kung classes and have proved very effective in reminding practitioners to relax and return to their gentle, fluid and harmonious nature before starting to do the movements.
