WEEKEND COURSES 2007/2008  WITH CHOY                         AND RAINBOW TAI CHI TEACHER TRAINEES

“The violence, terrorism, the sense of increasing isolation and great uncertainty about the climate shows humanity is in conflict with Nature.  I would like to share with you why and  how the Tai Chi Movements express the Way of Peace and Harmony in Nature. Your heart is longing to feel the mountains, the rivers, the rains, the wind and ancient trees tell their stories. See, look over here, come closer to the plants over here. Can you feel how the shape and angle of the leaves on every plant are pointing you the way home for you and me?  To REALLY see and feel them, you need to be touched by their stillness, their formless essence that is in the whole movement of the plant. How they speak silently as each leaf bends, flows, curves and touches your heart with such exquisite tenderness….  Will you slow down and find this delicious stillness that is timeless and bring yourself home to the Heart and the Tan Tien Centre in your belly? Can you sense how the plants are doing their Tai Chi Dance, to bring every rain drop, every ray of sunlight, to treasure each drop of moisture and nutrient of the earth and sky? Each movement is exquisitely designed to express this beautiful vital force. Will you let me share with you how your fingers, your wrists, your elbows, your shoulders, your thighs, your knees, your ankles and toes -  the whole body is so magnificently designed  to take you into this flowing, this flowering, this growing, this glowing is happening every moment…. Will you dance with me back to your true nature and find true peace and harmony? Your body is the most amazing musical instrument ever created, playing majestic symphonies every day. Listening, Silence and Movements are together in Tai Chi flowing timeless rhythmic waves of oneness and ecstasy.”  Choy
