Greeting The Old and New Christmas and New Year

Who knows best what the New Christmas and the New Year brings? The heart beats her song of attunement to the needs of the many and the few.

Learn to slow down again to listen to your heart. Feeling receptive to how your heart feels. Your heart feels the connection to the Nature Cycles, as the longest nights and the shortest days fall on this part of the earth, it affects mood swings and the physiological states of consciousness.

Allowing the feelings to flow from the heart is as important as listening to the heart. Crying feelings are not bad or good. Let them flow. It is really ok to cry, like the moon affects the tides of oceans and rivers.

Embracing the dark as a time to learn to be in the stillness, to deepen your inner journey to find the source and restore your faith in your Light Being.

Christmas for the human created society is also a time of great expectation on the surface, people feel the emptiness even more this year, as many economists compare this Economic Depression to the 1929 Global Recession. Any denial and self escapist activities only add to the inner turmoil. The Wu Chi or Nothingness approaches and if embraced with loving acceptance, frees the human spirit to find new alternatives and new visions of hope.

Christmas is always a time of great disappointment to follow the great expectations, as families, relatives and friends gather together under a cloak of false celebration. The real search is the search for loving light. How the human spirit long for the REAL LIGHT BEING, as the enormous energy put into Christmas lights show.

So, embrace all there is within you with loving chi. Even if it all feels weak, depressive and aching, your loving acceptance builds and grows stronger as the sunrise behind the clouds touches the wind with its fragrant radiance.

Find that inner sweet peace as the sparkling dew drops await the first rays of gentle sun rays.

When you pick those lovely stinging nettles leaves kissed by the first rays, the sun blesses the early morning risers with new hope, new vitality is born with the new day.

A cup of stinging nettles tea will enliven you to find a way towards a Happy Christmas and Happy New Year.

If you have a serious Coughing Flu, get about 5 golden leaves of Plantain in the morning, it will clear the internal congestion. A flask of plantain tea without mixing it with any other herbs or anything else is important.

Take a hot bath and keep you warm and practice your Tai Chi Chi Kung at the Sunrise would be the best.
