SYNCHRONICITY TRUST LOVING CHI IN ACTION

10.15am 2 February 2012 Thursday

SYNCHRONICITY AND TRUST LOVING CHI IN ACTION

By Master Choy

9am I had planned to just go down to Ashburton to pick up bread that I had ordered yesterday.

9.30am Baker Ella said, "Sorry, delay, I am just going to put it into the oven right now."

I said, "That is ok Ella, I will come back." She replied, "I am really sorry to make you wait." I responded, "Ella, you woke up at 3am to bake us bread, I can wait, you have these other wonderful cakes you have made.... I can get a piece of this lemon cake."

Between 9.30am and 10.15am, I walk around to do other little shopping - organic prunes in one shop, a visit to the Mountain Venture to have a look at warm clothing, get the local free advertising paper from the newshop, at the Deli to get some olives..... and oh I can see that Ella the baker is walking back to her flat and that means the bread is ready!!

Get my bread from her assistant, still warm and fragrant, just out from the oven, wow, I am grateful for these gifts.

Walking back to my car. About 5 feet behind me, just as I opened my car door, an elderly lady fell on the pavement, face down!! I put my shopping down, rushed to her and put one hand on her heart and the other on her head, putting some peaceful loving chi into her.

The top of right eye had a big cut and was bulging up by the second. She had a tissue paper that was soaked red with blood. Her right nostril was bleeding. She was in a state of shock.

She laid on the pavement in front of the wine shop and the Coop.

"Somebody phone for the ambulance", I pointed to someone standing there, "Have you got a phone? I don't have one."

The lady on the pavement came to her senses and she started mumbling, "It is the pavement, I trip on it." I left her there and walked over to the part of the pavement she was pointing at," yes, indeed there was a little bit of the pavement sticking up.

I went over and assured her that she was right. And then, she said she was concerned about her car in the car park, another stranger stepped in to offer to write a note for the traffic warden and took her car keys immediately. She was given clear description of the car.

And there were 3 of us, one person had her head on his lap. Another rushing off to the car park with her car keys. Then, there was me, holding her heart and touching her bahui point on her head. Tuning into her heart beat, I felt that she might like to sit up and asked her.

She said, "Yes, can you please help me up? I want to go into the wine shop and sit there." So, we lifted her up. Another stranger had joined in to give a hand.

I then went next door into Coop, got a bottle of spring water and some packs of tissue paper. I went back and gave her some water and said to her to keep the bottle. She asked if she can pay me something for the water and the tissue paper, I said, "No, that is really ok." I saw that the lady in the Wine shop was making phone calls for her to relatives to inform them. And also the ambulance was coming. That seemed to be all taken care of.

So, I quietly slipped out and just as I was driving out of Ashburton, sure enough, the ambulance was coming into the town for her.

Every day, each moment is a fresh new experience of an opportunity for love to spring on us lessons that we do not expect.

Had my bread not been delayed I would not have on this day to help this lady. Just one tiny little step of kindness that every stranger shared this morning touched this person deeply. She did not know our names, addresses, telephone numbers or motives. We did not ask her for anything. It was loving energy flowing all around us. She was a catalyst to bring this about. And the flow of each person's contribution and timing of effort was so beautiful to witness. No ego, no cynicism, no blame, no analytical mind over powering anyone, just in response to, "How can I help?" I believe this is how most people are, we are basically kind, loving centred and gut centred beings just eagerly waiting to help at the ripe moment.

I feel blessed to be in this position today, another day, I may be the one on the pavement needing help and being the catalyst for a bunch of strangers to dance in loving energy.

It is only hours later that the mind can come in to reflect, understand and appreciate the lessons just earned. The Yin "needing help" receptive energy within one moment attracting a Yang supportive "How can I help?" flowing into a Tai Chi wise dance of healing love in action, bringing about the Tao of fulfilment, care, promise of abundant kindness and service in a spirit of "unity in diversity". What a great life each moment is to be a budding opportunity to give birth to such magnificent small instances of genuine human warmth, heart centred interest and openness - all happening amongst complete strangers. There was no awareness of colour, race, creed, status and skill - just the presence of an unspoken and non verbal agreement that we are in this together with one single purpose, to protect, to heal, to nourish, to embrace the "aliveness" in each person. I feel excited, inspired and in a state of awe when I look at the future infinite possibilities for humanity, in a strange and unknown way, we are going to be ok. Trust the loving chi to be present no matter what happens.

Birth of Seren Emily Natali Toye, daughter of Mike and Sophie Toye

By Sophie Toye

I was eleven days past my due date, when I was advised that Labour should be induced, as a measurement showed a possible reduction in our babies growth. When the midwife told me I burst into tears, as I so wanted this baby and suddenly it felt as though the health of our baby was in question. We had come this far and having had a miscarriage the year before, I didn't want to lose this baby. I would have had to wait a few days for a scan to check if baby was ok and I did not want to take any chances, so I arranged for myself to be induced the very next day.

That night I couldn't sleep for worry.

The next day was January the 19th and we packed the car to go to hospital, we had so much stuff it looked like we were going on holiday, I even packed duvets and pillows and I would even have taken my favourite rug to improve the hospital décor, had Mike not persuaded me that perhaps that might being overdoing it a little.

I was genuinely terrified as I had heard scare stories about being induced and was concerned that it would spoil my perfectly planned, wonderful, natural birth.

When we arrived at hospital I was trembling so much I would have quite liked to have hidden under the hospital bed and probably would have done had not the midwife on duty answered all our questions. Reassured I decided to trust it would be ok.

I was connected to a machine to monitor our babies heartbeat.

The machine also picked up that I was having contractions but they were so mild I had not felt them.

At 12 noon I was given something to help my body go into labour. Mike and I went for a walk in the hospital grounds, we enjoyed the fresh air, natural light and the hospital garden.

Back in the ward I was relieved to feel contractions getting stronger.

Beautiful contractions, energy building and building, pausing and then subsiding, riding an internal wave. The breath came in, paused and then released. My body relaxed, my hips spiralled and I listened to the pauses between my in breath and out breath, the contractions built, peaked and subsided. In between I rested. A beautiful, harmonious, internal rhythm, letting go, surrendering and trusting. I spoke to our baby, "Well done baby, you are doing so well sweetie, we love you." I felt that confidence and serenity were my friends.

Mike was flowing with me and supporting me beautifully, massaging me with gentle, soft strokes, so soothing, and then in powerful, strong spirals over my lower back as contractions built, peaked, then ebbed. A monitor was put on me to listen to our baby's heart beat, I was grateful that baby was being listened to, but not sure how I would manage contractions while having a monitor on me. However I discovered that I could, by sitting on the edge of the bed, getting up, spiralling my hips and leaning forward through each contraction.

My movements prevented the machine from picking up baby's heart beat consistently, which meant that I had to remain attached to the monitor for longer.

A Midwife offered me a bath and Mike sped to fill it up. I enjoyed learning to flow with the opening sensations in the water so much I began screaming as if in the final throws of labour, the same midwife came running back expecting to catch the baby.

Soon after the bath I was lying on my by back as a midwife charmingly checked my cervix, I was 1 cm dilated and she moved it to 2.

Mike kept hassling the midwives for a water birth, there was some uncertainty about whether we would be allowed as we were an induction.

Luckily hospital policy stated it was ok as long as our baby was monitored.

Sometime later we were given the all clear to go upstairs to the birthing room, We were delighted as this was the water pool room, there was only one pool available at the hospital and it was for me!

I had to keep stopping on the way up to the room, and Mike kept throwing down our bags to massage me. There was a sense of urgency and excitement as contractions where coming at shorter and shorter intervals. The midwives were so encouraging, they told me how well I was doing.

In the birthing room, I leant over a bed and stayed there. I found that once I had found a position in which to move through the contractions I was stuck to that spot.

After a while I quickly moved position and used a birthing ball. All the time Mike was there massaging me through the contractions. Mike was having quite a work out as he had to massage me very firmly in circles over my lower back and I could not bare the thought of a contraction without his hands. I was offered gas and air, but I had heard that it makes some people feel sick and I didn't feel the need for it. I knew it was there if things became too difficult but I knew that for the moment all I wanted was massage and my breath. Mike and I were left alone, I remember that things were really hotting up at this point and I wondered whether Mike would have to deliver our baby himself. I felt a sensation which felt like pushing and wondered whether it was our baby who was coming, however to Mike's horror at that moment my waters broke over his feet, and frightened the wits out of him, he sounded the buzzer to call for a midwife to make sure everything was ok.

Not much later I remember thinking that maybe gas and air wouldn't be such a bad idea, if it was going to be a long night of it.

My cervix was checked again and I was told I was ready for the pool. .

As I got into the pool it felt delicious, then suddenly the contractions changed and my body pushed of its own accord. I began screaming a wild, earthy scream, I have never screamed so much in my life. Letting go I knew our baby was coming.

I like to feel that the water spirit was holding us and our baby as she came into the world. As her head was born I reached down with excitement and touched her, then with one more screaming push she slid out and our midwife Emily guided her to the surface as I turned around to welcome her into my arms. It was the most amazing moment of my life seeing our baby girl for the first time. Light seemed to be radiating from her as she took her first breath and turned from blue to pink. It was truly a magical moment gazing at our daughter, so new, beautiful and perfectly formed. We gazed at her in delight, knowing her birth is the beginning of something amazing and beautiful. We chose Seren for her name,(which means Star), it came effortlessly, and as we chose it, it felt as though the stars were blessing her with their light.

Thank you, thank you, Seren for your amazing beauty and pure light. Thankyou for your courage to come into the world and share your light we are so happy you have come.
Thank you Master Choy for welcoming us to the Rainbow Tai Chi School, encouraging us to write Serens birth story, and for teaching us to listen to the pauses between my breath, what a precious gift.

Thank you to the Friday class for all your appreciation and moral support.

Thank you Christine for phoning and giving moral support on our due date even though Seren did not arrive for another 12 days.

Thank you Stephen Hopwood for kindly giving your time to show Mike some useful acupuncture points to help with the birth.

Thank you Sarah Wood for your amazing Yoga tuition which came in so useful during Serens birth and Katie Whitehouse for teaching Mike some valuable massage moves, and for the encouragement to use them during Seren's birth.

Thank you, thank you, to the pioneers of hypnobirthing, whose CD came in most useful in the run up to Serens birth and I am sure contributed to us having a wonderful birth.

Thank you to the staff at Torbay hospital for being fantastic and supportive both during and after Seren's birth.

A big Thank you also to my amazing and beautiful family, for all their love and support in the lead up to and after Serens birth and to everyone who sent us kind wishes. With love, Sophie, Mike and Seren

PEACE, LOVE AND JOY

LOVE

By Master Choy dedicated to the Nikos self within everyone

You seek Love, all you got are the memories of love's good times,

And now, emptiness feels such a negative thing

Just a sniff or two, the tears tumble down your weary cheeks,

No one there to hear you cry, only a hurtful 'Can't stop thinking!'

I tell you, come and listen to the soft glow speak

How many times the sun rose in your belly in the morning though you slept like a babe?

Love flew by your window whispering your name

Did you feel her tenderness kiss every part of your face?

Loneliness no longer an idea or concept of the past

Walking skeleton, you force yourself to go to work

Hide your pain you could not stop, even if you try,

Uncontrolled urge and rage to cry out her name

Blame or shame you feel repeatedly, "What did I do wrong?"

Love gently sings in your ear, I AM HERE, ALWAYS GIVING YOU

Your breath carries this vital caring power

Blood coursing through veins, arteries as rivers and streams flow

Hear the calling to return home to the source

The Beloved is the one you seek, she knows where love rests

Come, tired traveller feeling so lost,

Real peace is in your wounded heart-beats' pauses

Allow you to Be Loved by the peaceful shining ones

Let them carry your tired soul down into the Tan Tien

Sea of sparkling chi absorbing all "I am sorrys"

Your whole being letting go, accepting nothing makes sense

Will you join us in our next golden morning?

Learn from sunlit clouds meeting the half asleep moon

Wait, can you hear the seagull and crow, even a goldfish splashing?

We are here to sing you invisible infinite loving songs

Chi loves you and shows you what Love really is

Have you noticed, Your Loving Chi is always fresh,

never ever constrained by any smells or photos or memories

Come, let us go beyond the Thinker threshold,

Meet a new lifestyle of lovely surprises

A kaleidoscope of colours from flower, tree, bush and blade of grass

Peace introduces you to Love. Love introduces you to Truth.

True Love is Wisdom humbly bringing you home to the Real You

Release her once again,

and release all you truly love into the Light right now.

The inner smile frees you to go home to the Sun of Joy in you

and in us all,

So, shine, shine, shine brighter and brighter I say.

I've got two options: Run around shoveling snow like a madman hoping to find the tiny set of keys in an area of your parking lot with snow right up to my crotch. Or to wait for the spring...
By experience i wil probably try the first option for about 20 minutes, swearing loudly in the prosess: Then i will go for the second option..

Bård.

AUGUST 2010 NEWS FROM CHOY AND CHRISTINE

UPDATE AUGUST 2010 NEWS FROM THE RAINBOW TAI CHI CHI KUNG SCHOOL

A new way to share NEWS and update you with photos!! What is life like when there are no weekend workshops, no weekly classes, no one month intensives at the Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung School? Here are some photos from these past week to give you a glimpse.

Photo 1. This morning 30 Aug 2010 Monday. INDESCRIBABLY BEAUTIFUL SUNRISE!! Had another fresh inspiration to bring guitar to sing to the sunrise. Tuning up the voice with the notes of the guitar. Sweetie joined in. Goldfishes and kois splashing. Birds greeting first rays. Kadeleiscope of brilliant colours on dewdrops. Heaven within earth.

Photo 2. I have been weeding this beautiful patch in the garden. Nikos may remember this as the potato patch. LBI 3 may remember this as the place I brought them to visit and they saw this wild lovely grass snake doing her dance through the veggies.

Photo 3. Last night till sunset, I have been working on creating a new greenhouse over the patch you see in Photo 2.

And this morning, realised what a great lesson it is. Stick to your seed vision and step by step with perseverance and persistency make it become reality!! You may remember, I had the vision also of the ponds being surrounded by beautiful stony path and thanks to all the LBI people's help, the vision step by step came true. People playing music and doing Tai Chi and meditating around the pond, THANK YOU FOR HELPING MY VISION COME TRUE THIS SUMMER SCHOOL!!!

Tom and everyone - listen, when you get a seed vision and the seed vision is about growing yourself, growing food or making yourself and people happy (like joining the FTT LBI One), encourage yourself, inspire yourself everyday to make preparation to keep the seed alive, water it, protect it, nourish it, give thanks for it, fertilise it, but do not shit or even fart on it man!! Every successful adventure and venture is about sharing. Sharing the load together, your heart gets lighter. Communicating with each other, the heart gets stronger. Growing together - courageously, speaking your truth with love, walking the talk, begat wisdom, believing you are worthy of confidence, feel it in your guts - The Rainbow Tai Chi Chi Kung warriors awakening, I say to you again, this is a wake up call to return to the source within your heart and tan tien!! Watch how the Left Brain can either be helpful and supportive of the vision or it can go back to the old self sabotaging ways - start thinking twice, doing mental masturbation again playing with sadistic switch on and switch off self escapist games!! Let go, come into the new!!

Photo 4. Christine discovering the Queen of Cucumber, did you see the length of those cucumbers, never in 12 years at the School have we seen such cucumbers?

Photo 5. Even Beloved needs to do Chi Service!! We finally made the dog cart for her. She is such an intelligent fast learner. She was teaching us about patience, resilience and really slow down, take one little step at a time. She was keeping an eye on the bars, on us and on the load she was carrying.

WORLD TAI CHI QIGONG NETWORK/DAY - 24 April 2010. Link up thousands of Tai Chi teachers and schools all over the world to celebrate The Tan Tien of the Earth Chi connecting with the Human Chi!

Thanks to questions provided by Dr. Tai Chi David-Dorian Ross, we attempted something we had never done before. Christine had to be an interviewer on behalf of the WTCQ group and also on behalf of the Rainbow Tai Chi School AND at the same time be the camera person!! After 5 brave attempts, we finally came up with this piece. Enjoy the masterpiece!!

"First of all, let me say what a pleasure it was to speak with you the other day. I have an enormous respect for the approach you are taking with your Rainbow T'ai Chi program and teacher training. I can tell how passionate you are about T'ai-Chi and it's potential for connecting people to the Earth, and to each other. I am really looking forward to a long relationship. As I promised, here are the basic questions. I encourage you to speak about the "dantien of the earth" and the opportnity to have people all over the world connect with this collectively on World Tai Chi Day - and beyond. Once I receive your video, I will be able to start editing it to go into the documentary." Cheers, David -Dorian Ross, "Dr. Tai Chi"

I want to highlight the inner story. Every time we hear of a global event, for example, we heard of The Global Terrorism, The Global Economic Depression, there seems to be a clear connection with the fact that we are firstly a Whole Humanity, having a Whole Human Body! Fear, insecurity, anxiety, worry, pain affects us as a whole human “body”. Together if we are a human body, then, you can sense that this great human body have organs too right? The Taoists have for 8,000 years stated clearly that the Lungs connect to Sadness and this can lead to chi depletion which in turn open the immune system to attack of illnesses.

No wonder the global community body manifests all the symptoms of lung depletion in the Swine Flu.

Look at other periods of Flu attacking, example in 1918, the Spanish Flu infected 40% of the world and killed more than 50 million people. That period was just after World War 1 where the anxieties, insecurities and fears built up around the period had to manifest in a global human body illness.

In the 1950s, Asian Flu killed 2 million people. And what did we see happening just before the 1950s began? World War II 1937-1945 had also build up the anxieties, insecurities and fears and this manifested in the Asian Flu, around this time too, there was a population explosion starting in Hong Kong as hundreds of thousands of refugees flooded the island from China.

My message to the Global Humanity Body’s lungs is, “You are carriers of stamina and vital force. You love breathing Prana or Revitalising Chi. Face your fears, your worries and your sadness with courage, respect and loving acceptance and you find fresh and new creative solutions.” 2009, as I have shared on the New Year 2009 day message at the beginning of this year in our New Year workshop, can be a Global lesson learning of embracing the opposites (2009 = 2+0+0+9 = 11 = 1+1 = 2) with wisdom. There are no boundaries separating Global health, Global politics, Global economy, Global education, Global scientific community, Global respect for Mother Nature!!

There is also a common saying, “Do not throw pearls of wisdom upon swine” as they will not appreciate the value of those pearls of wisdom. Though the rapid response of the medical community to find solutions are to be commended,, they too are doing their best to learn the path of wisdom to find a synthesis in their search for a cure. The Law of Yin and Yang reigns supreme. Returning to mother nature’s wisdom is the solution. Herbal remedies have been always found for every illness upon this earth.

The physical solution is to have a cup of herbs and energise it with chi. A Cuppa Chi. POWER TO THE PLANTAIN, THE THYME, THE BEDSTRAW HERBAL SOLUTIONS!!

USE COLLOIDAL SILVER TO CLEAN YOUR HANDS REGULARLY. COLLOIDAL SILVER SOLUTION IS ANTI BACTERIAL AND ANTI VIRAL. You will find this available at the Rainbow Tai Chi School here especially in the toilets. And lastly, do remember the scientific and spiritual fact, “ALL IS MADE OF ENERGY!”. Does this include viruses and bacteria? If we agree, then, should this perhaps be yet another opportunity to bless rather than curse the virus or bacteria and fill it with LOVING CHI? Chanting ‘I AM LOVE, YOU ARE LOVE, ALL IS LOVE” to the tiniest life form particles that live in our bodies and in us can only transform all negative tendencies to be positive and creative healing conditions.

BIRTH AND CELEBRATION OF THE NEW SCHOOL WEBSITE

I would like to firstly thank our web designer James Brocklehurst for so many months, weeks, nights and hours spent on helping us to bring our vision come true. James and Christine and myself sat together to sense this unknown, new and exciting adventure of planning out a new web design which we all HAD NEVER DONE before.

And now finally it is here.

We wanted visitors to this website to have the option of relaxing and listening to the sounds of water to help remind them of their natural fluidic Tai Chi-like beings, to take a minute or two and re-connect to this beautiful feeling of peace, harmony and loving chi. During the day, all the rushing around buildings, cars, trains, planes, tv, radio and everything that is so mechanical, we tend to forget that we are truly more than 70% fluidic in our bodies, this is a fact that for thousands of years the ancient wise Taoists said is the most effective and most natural pathway towards enlightenment.

Today, we want our website to not just be a place of information but also an opportunity for a direct communication with every visitor, to let them know, we care about you finding back this inner calm. So, please do feel free to visit the school website when you feel restless, troubled, close your eyes and just let the water take away your stress and feel your heart beats returning to you.

And despite a full time job of teaching web design and computer, James spent his spare time besides taking care of his family and children, to help us manifest this amazing website. So, a very big thank you to a Warrior of Peace, to James Brocklehurst who went through innumerable difficulties and challenges, eg. just making this unusual banner that not only bubbles and flows like water but also has visually bubbles bubbling.

All the photos in the bubbles are actual photos of our Summer School and workshops, all the bubbles and sounds of water are uniquely from us. And it reminds me also to share the inspiring news that I have also recently created the new compilation of more than 30 years of search and recordings of nature water sounds, please do check it out in the CDs section. I love and enjoyed creating them and a lot of sounds many of you will recognise as coming from the cows, sheeps and streams at our school.

The other amazing news is that while the auto car industry in USA and in the rest of the world including Europe and Asia are grappling as to what is happening, many many so called marginal groups including ourselves were experimenting with the use of WATER ENGINES for the past 10 years and has recently this year been successful in completing the experiments!!

Yes, being born as a Chinese Horoscope Water Sign and a Western Astrology Water Sign myself, you bet I will be one of the few if not the first person in UK to get a water car engine. You will be hearing more about this very soon. I have the mechanic, I have the complete Water engine kit, I have the time, I even have the perfect car for it!!

Imagine 30-50% of your car is driven by water, yes, just water, and it is free energy. And if water can provide the hydrogen power to drive a car, it can drive EVERY ELECTRICAL DEPENDANT OBJECT IN YOUR HOME!!! Including our computers, telephones, tvs, radios, refrigerators, printers, etc etc. Is it far fetched? Well, to tell you the truth, the 100% water car engine has already been tested and approved for production in some parts of the world presently. So, the oil rich nations and car manufacturers are of course fighting hard to claw back control and suppress this amazing news. It is too late to cover back the pandora box!!

So, the future of humanity is truly resting with those who are able to FLOW WITH THE CHANGES happening. Those of you who are still feeling lost and confused about how to be of creative service and how to attract prosperity, join us, we are at the forefront of the future, building enlightening ways to get back to who we are!!!

Peter Chin Kean Choy

True Peace and Love for Gaza. Israel and the World

TRUE PEACE AND LOVE FOR GAZA, ISRAEL AND THE WORLD

Hello Choy,

The international group Avaaz have sent me a petition to sign to call for International support for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza/Israel. They are a very effective group and in the past I have their petitions; HOWEVER, I feel as a Rainbow T’ai Chi Warrior, there is more I can do, right now, to connect to the hearts of the people in Israel and Gaza.

I feel you will be working with this global issue during your workshop, and I would like to join with you from where I am in support.

I feel clumsy, but the essence of what I am asking is how can I be most effective to work with my own inner conflicts, outer conflicts and co-ordinate with your beautiful, powerful work too?

With Loving Chi,

Frances

To realize in your heart that THE LIGHT OF LOVE is behind all the fears in the hearts of every Gaza and Israel inhabitant, including the men, women, children, animals, earthworms and insects affected. As the Sun rose this morning, so is the Light of Israel and Palestine always shining even when clouds of doom and gloom hover from above, below and within and externally.

To those who have been killed, they will realize there is no death. Limitless loving chi await them from the other side. Fear does not exist. Only loving beings do and this is who we all are and all-ways will be.

This limitless space for healing the hurts, wounds and pains in the souls of those who are victims of these wars can only happen when there is true FOR-GIVENESS in the individuals involved. True

for-giveness is when there is SPACE FOR THE LIGHT OF LOVE TO BE. When someone says from his heart, "I FOR-GIVE....." the "I" is setting "free" the other person or persons to be in this loving space. When you practice this Art of Forgiving, what a special gift you are giving to your inner selves in conflict, to the outer warring selves in conflict.

When this healing forgiveness is present, true peace returns and reverberates outwardly as a pebble dropped into a pond causes waves. When peace is felt in the heart and tan tien, bubbling light of loving chi comes up spontaneously and lightens our life. This "lightness" is the warmth of the inner sun shining so effortlessly and freely. All stress, all tensions, all conflicts and heart rending cries melting into the presence of the enlightening beings.

Choy

The ripe time to make Peace with the 5 Elemental Spirits in Nature is now.

THE TIME TO HUMBLY MAKE PEACE AND RENEW OUR BONDS OF RESPECT AND FRIENDSHIP WITH THE SPIRITS OF THE 5 ELEMENTS IS NOW.

As humanity encounters more disasters and destructive encounters - hurricanes, floods, tsunami, earthquakes, forest fires and global climatic changes - with the elemental spirits of Water, Fire, Metal, Wood and Earth, is it not ripe time we heed the call of our ancient wise sages?

Humble ourselves to stop our arrogant ways and get to know
these amazing elemental beings who live within our daily lives?
Is Mother Nature not mirroring to us our inner relationship with our inner lives?

For thousand of years the sages from every ancient civilisation have shared these messages -

Our desire for loving warmth in our heart connects us to the Fire Spirit

Spirit of Fire, help us rediscover the light of forgiveness and the light of compassion when we forget our true nature and instead ending up creating fiery hate, passions run amok instead. May Humanity awaken to taste the sweet oneness of the inner spiritual sun that truly loves us all.

Our thirst and need to purify in our Kidneys open us to seek gentle flowing cooperative relationship with the Spirit of Water.

Spirit of Water, help us learn how to flood our worlds with kindness and pure unconditional acts of generosity and learn to flow with moments of fear and depression. May humanity awaken to harmonise and listen to the spirit of waters showing us the way home to the ocean of loving chi.

Our constant use and dependency on the Earth, Wood and Metal in our daily lives - properties, gardens, farms, houses, cars, roads, computers, furniture encounters the Spirits of Earth, Wood and Metal.

Spirit of Earth we feel you flow in our Spleen and seek your stability and reassurance for helping us learn confidence when we worry and lay so many guilt trips on ourselves every day. May Humanity awaken to the bounteous beauty and benevolence of Mother Earth and SING eternal gratitude and respect.

Spirit of Wood, you dance in our Liver and in our homes, and nurture us with structure and nourishment. May Humanity awaken and SEE your amazing Stillness, Balance and Openess to help us grow as tall and wise as the tallest tree spirits.

Spirit of Metal, you bring all the elements of the air and priceless physical properties in our bodies and in the earth to breathe life into our daily existence, thank you for helping us learn to breathe chi every waking moment of our lives.

Let everyone make their poem, their prayer, their invocation to bring back the brotherhood, the sisterhood and friendship we once had with the Elemental Spirits of Fire, Water, Wood, Metal and Earth.
