ST PETROCK'S SAMARITANS GROUP VISIT TO RAINBOW TAI CHI SCHOOL

We were privileged to receive as our guests to the school some of the staff, volunteers and clients of St Petrock’s Samaritans organisation in Exeter. There were 10 people in the group, all open and willing to learn something new and to experience Tai Chi and Choy!

We practised outside, letting go and shared a delicious home made soup and salad made with vegetables fresh from the garden, prepared by Petra, Joanne and Christine.

In the afternoon Yvonne gave some Chi Healings to Shirley, Linda and Ian who all reported positive experiences. It was so wonderful to have this group of amazing people here at the school, especially Linda Sillifant and her team who give so much every single day feeding homeless people at St Petrock’s Soup Kitchen in Exeter. We were so happy to give something to Linda and her team and clients, they really deserve the acknowledgement and appreciation for all they give so selflessly.

Well done to Linda, St Petrock’s, to Choy, Christine, Petra, Joanne and Yvonne. Thank you—now that’s what I call One-derful News!
