When we meet for sunrise Tai Chi, the first thing we do is to encounter the dew drops. If you keep as still as the blade of grass holding the transparent tiny little drop of water, you see the spectrum of the rainbow refracted on the dew and the colours of the rainbow dances into your eyes.
This STILLNESS factor is important in understanding what is Rainbow Tai Chi. In that inner effortless peace, the true you shines through a multi-dimensional expression. Rainbow Tai Chi is like the dewdrop you are looking at, it mirrors who you already are and want to be more of.
Violet. You are naturally interested in self healing and your health is important for you. Indigo. You are want to be a confident leader for your life and to help others around you and serve in a way which expresses the best in you and the best in everyone you help. Blue. You want a peaceful space to come home to. You have an innate desire to understand the world around you and seek to clarify and choose from your free will, beliefs and lifestyle habits that empower you to live a full life. Green. You are interested naturally in improving your environment and you love nourishing, tasty, good and balanced food that is grown in a harmonious, respectful and healthy way. Yellow. You want to develop the wisdom and practice consistently your skill of communication to interact with society and learn to flow with the rhythms of nature wisely. Orange. You want to be comfortable with and to be able to enjoy being with yourself and with people around you. Rose Red. You love to learn the Art of Loving with Passion your job, family and daily activity.

Violet – ZHINENG CHI KUNG
Through the practice of Zhineng Chi Healing exercises and principles, you awaken and deepen your natural chi self healing ability.
Indigo – TAO OF LEADERSHIP
Before leading others, you need to learn to lead yourself with confidence. Joining this school enables you to be an Initiate and create the life you choose for you. For example, a student desires to be a Tai Chi Teacher or a Musician or whatever is encouraged to use the Tai Chi Principles, EG. THE FIFTH FUNDAMENTAL TAI CHI EXERCISE/PRINCIPLE to strengthen his single pointed resolve to go 100% and achieve what he wants.
Blue – MEDITATION
Meditation is a way of unfolding PEACE, CLARITY AND FREEDOM from within you. PEACEFUL MEDITATIVE LETTING GO TAI CHI PRINCIPLE such as THE THIRD FUNDAMENTAL TAI CHI EXERCISE/PRINCIPLE (Heart beat listening) and THE FIRST FUNDAMENTAL TAI CHI EXERCISE/PRINCIPLE (Letting Go Exercise) can bring everlasting calmness of mind, clarity of purpose and freedom for more intuitive insight to guide your daily decision making.
Green – FLOWING WITH NATURE
We encourage students in this school to be more open and receptive to learning to flow with and respect Mother Nature. It can be in the form of starting your own organic garden, eating healthily with alkali food and herbal remedies.
Yellow – THE RAINBOW TAI CHI FORM PRACTICE
The Tai Chi Form and other Taoist health exercises such as Fusion of the 5 Elements, Swimming Dragon Chi Kung, Bone Marrow Chi Kung and Tai Chi of the Ball are various disciplines and skills taught here at this school for helping you to be a more self aware, balanced, rooted and energised human being.
