For thousands of years, the Taoists and Ancient Tai-Chi and Chi Kung teachers
and practitioners worked effortlessly to bring an inner web of chi energy
awareness into humanity. The underlying purpose was and still is to bring
greater HEALTH AND REJUVENATION to themselves and people everywhere.
Today, in the modern world, there is an urgent need to build a bridge between
the Taoist Relaxation philosophy and the Western Stress Management ideas.
I believe we have now this Rainbow bridge, a spectrum of infinite possible
creative options. Optimum health can be reached by anyone who put some time
every day to study the Rainbow Tai-Chi Chi Kung system of heart/body/mind
and spirit development of Health and Rejuvenation.
One of my teenage dreams was to create a school where such a Rainbow Bridge
could happen: The Rainbow Tai-Chi Chi Kung School is now a reality.
At the school we have now the World's First Aqua Tai-Chi pool to focus the
healing chi energies. We have fountains and underground streams literarily
in the School. I am excited to share with you that my second book, '37 Steps to Happiness - The Tai-Chi
Form' came out
Summer 2001. The first book, '15 Ways to a Happier You - Tai-Chi
Chi Kung' has already sold 70,000 copies since it came out in 1998.. Most first time authors only get to sell about 5,000 copies.
I feel positively sure that the Rainbow Tai-Chi work is definitely helping
a lot of people judging from the weekly letters coming from all over the
world about how they have been helped just by reading the book and doing
a few exercises every day.

HOW TO FIND US?
The RAINBOW TAI-CHI SCHOOL is located BETWEEN PLYMOUTH AND
EXETER IN DEVON. If coming by train, Newton Abbot is the nearest station.
Take a taxi to the school. If coming by plane, either Bristol or Plymouth
airports are the closest. IF YOU ARE DRIVING AND
COMING FROM EXETER on A38 towards Plymouth and see 26 miles signpost (photo A), turn left into Woodland/Denbury (photo B). Go down the lane 1 minute, pass Parkers Farm Holiday Park (photo C)
and uphill for 1 minute, you see Combe (photo D), turn right and go down
the lane, you see the Rainbow Tai-Chi School (Photo E). Park your car on
the left.

IF YOU ARE COMING FROM PLYMOUTH go
towards Exeter on A38, pass Ashburton signposts (photo F) and turn at sign
for Newton Abbot (photo G) and go over the Flyover and come back around to
A38 by taking the turn (photos H and I) for Woodland/Denbury and then
follow directions as above (photos A - E).
